By accessing or using the Quomlarestyx website (quomlarestyx.world) and our 3D modeling course services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Quomlarestyx provides 3D modeling education services including in-person courses, online tutorials, workshop materials, and related educational content. Our courses cover various aspects of digital 3D creation including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
Course Enrollment
Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability and acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion. Course fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. All fees are in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, tutorials, and content provided by Quomlarestyx are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission. Student work created during courses remains the property of the student, though we may request permission to showcase exceptional work in our portfolio.
Acceptable Use
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Respect other students and instructors
- Not share login credentials or course access
- Use software licenses appropriately
- Not disrupt classes or online learning environments
Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance is expected for in-person courses. Missed classes cannot be refunded, though we may offer makeup sessions when possible. Online course access is typically valid for the duration specified at enrollment.
Equipment and Software
In-studio courses provide access to workstations and software during class hours. Students are responsible for any damage caused to equipment through negligence. For online courses, students must meet minimum technical requirements as specified in course descriptions.
Limitation of Liability
Quomlarestyx provides educational services and does not guarantee employment outcomes or specific skill levels upon course completion. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
