Overview
This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all course enrollments and educational services provided by Quomlarestyx. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair in our refund policy. Refunds may be available under the following conditions:
Course Cancellation by Quomlarestyx
If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond your control, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. We will notify you as soon as possible and process refunds within 14 business days.
Withdrawal Before Course Start
If you withdraw from a course at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to help@quomlarestyx.world.
Withdrawal Within 7 Days of Course Start
If you withdraw within 7 days of the course start date but before the first class session, you are eligible for a 75% refund. The remaining 25% covers administrative costs and reserved course placement.
Withdrawal After Course Commencement
Once a course has commenced, refund eligibility is limited:
- Withdrawal within the first week: 50% refund
- Withdrawal within the second week: 25% refund
- Withdrawal after the second week: No refund available
Refunds for courses already in progress are calculated based on the number of completed class sessions and materials already provided.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed courses or courses past the second week
- Digital course materials that have been downloaded or accessed
- Workshop registrations cancelled less than 48 hours before the event
- Administrative fees and processing charges
- Any fees related to third-party software licenses or subscriptions
- Missed classes due to personal circumstances (makeup sessions may be available)
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at help@quomlarestyx.world with your refund request
- Include your full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for withdrawal
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future course offering, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date. A transfer fee may apply if the request is made within 7 days of the course start.
Payment Plans
If you are enrolled in a payment plan and request a refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on payments made to date, minus any applicable fees. Future scheduled payments will be cancelled upon approval of the refund request.
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant life events, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with documentation supporting your circumstances, and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Disputes and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our services or have concerns about your course experience, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may have rights under New Zealand consumer protection laws.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand law, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If our services do not meet the guarantees provided under consumer law, you may be entitled to remedies including refunds, repairs, or replacements.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your course. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
